Oxilofrine (also known as Methylsynephrin, Methylsympatol, Oxyephedrin, Methyl synephrin, Methyl synephrine, p-Hydroxyephedrine, Oxilofrinum, Oxyephedrine, Oxilofrina or Suprifene) is a sympathomimetic substance of the phenylethanolamine class.
